1. Register of Directors, Secretaries, Auditors, and CEOs: This register contains personal details of the company’s directors, secretaries, auditors, and chief executive officers, including full name, address, nationality, and date of appointment or resignation.


2. Register of Members (Shareholders): Lists all current and past shareholders, their shareholdings, and any changes. For each shareholder, details such as name, address, and the date on which they became or ceased to be a shareholder are recorded.


3. Register of Transfers: Records details of any share transfers that have taken place, including the names of transferors and transferees, the number of shares transferred, and the date of transfer.


4. Register of Charges: Details all charges or encumbrances on the company’s assets, including information about the charge holder and the nature of the charge.


5. Register of Controllers and Nominee Directors: Companies are required to maintain a register of individuals or legal entities that have significant control over the company, as well as a register of nominee directors.
