3. Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&AA) or Constitution: These documents outline the company's constitution and internal rules.


4. Company’s Financial Statements/Auditor’s Report (if available): For established companies, recent financial statements or auditor's report may be required to provide a snapshot of the company's financial health.


5. Business Licenses or Permits (if applicable): For businesses that operate in regulated industries, relevant licenses or permits issued by the respective authorities.
